In Sophos Control Center, all computers are greyed...
I recently ran across this issue when installing Sophos Control Center on
Windows Server 2008 R2, and the corresponding Sophos Endpoint Security on
various client PCs.
After installing the Control Center, the PCs would never receive the central
configuration from the server, and they never showed up as active in the
Control Center. They were able to update, but used default configurations.
